Who we are

Cookies we use

We only use cookies for one purpose: understanding how visitors use this site, so we can improve it. We do this with Google Analytics (GA4), which sets its own cookies to recognise repeat visits and measure things like which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site.

These cookies are never loaded until you click "Accept" on the banner shown when you first visit. If you click "Reject", or simply close the banner without accepting, none of this runs and no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics is the only cookie-setting service on this site — we don't use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

Changing your mind

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. This reopens the same banner, and your new choice is saved immediately.

You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's own settings — every major browser lets you view, remove or block cookies from specific sites.

What Google Analytics collects

When enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data: pages visited, time spent, general device/browser type and an approximate location (town/city level, from your IP address — not your exact address). It does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers through this site.

The enquiry form

If you fill in the "Request my free survey" form, the details you enter (name, phone number, email, postcode and anything else you write) are sent directly to us by email so we can arrange your survey. We only use these details for that purpose, and we don't add you to any marketing list without asking first.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do any of this, just get in touch using the details above.
